Liquid Nitrogen Freezer

Beveratech Engineering manufactured a liquid nitrogen freezer for the purpose of “instant” freezing salmon and various other fish species to determine the shelf life and quality of the end product. The freezer was used as proof of concept for a much bigger liquid freezer that was imported after the test results had really positive feedback.
