Smoker

Beveratech Engineering manufacture smokers for the purpose of slowly smoking fish, meat or chicken. The smoker is gas operated with a safe connection point on the outside of the smoker. The smoker is also fitted with an adjustable exhaust outlet and a temperature gauge for controlled smoking.

• Manufactured from high quality Stainless Steel
• Adjustable outlet to control temperature and smoke concentration
• Bottom tray fitted with gas burner and gas connection outside the smoker
• Chimney for safe venting of smoke
