Multi-probe measuring for accurate temperature control

Measuring, regulating and managing temperature within a liquid mass of must or wine or a non-homogenous solid-liquid mixture of must and marc is challenging.  For accurate control and heat distribution, measuring with multiple probes deployed according to tank geometry is key.

Parsec’s temperature control manages 1 to 4 probes within each tank, calibrated automatically by the SaAEn Quadr@ computer interface.
